Colma Creek Citizens Advisory Committee (CCCAC)

The Colma Creek Citizens Advisory Committee (CCCAC) was originally established by the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors and formalized in 2002 to advise the County Supervisors on matters related to the Colma Creek Flood Zone. In 2020 the OneShoreline Governing Board affirmed the CCCAC and adopted standing rules.

The CCCAC consists of nine voting members. Each city within the Colma Creek Flood Zone (South San Francisco, Colma, Daly City, San Bruno, and Pacifica) appoints one member to the CCCAC, and four members are appointed as “at-large” members appointed by OneShoreline’s Board of Directors.
