Climate Change Risk & Resilience Forums: Redwood City, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto

The San Mateo County Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency District (OneShoreline) is excited to announce a program of public forums in 2021 on climate change risk and resiliency in partnership with League of Women Voters chapters throughout San Mateo County.

Join us for the next online forum in our series on climate risk and resilience in San Mateo County, focused on sea level rise and flooding in Redwood City, Menlo Park, and East Palo Alto. Panelists include:

• Lisa Gauthier, East Palo Alto City Councilmember and Board Member of the San Mateo County Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency District (OneShoreline)
• Len Materman, CEO, OneShoreline
• Chris Lamm, Assistant Public Works Director, City of Menlo Park
• Margaret Bruce, Executive Director, San Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority

Panelist presentations will be followed by a Q&A moderated by the League of Women Voters. In addition to the panelists, staff leadership from Redwood City and East Palo Alto will be available to answer questions.
