For Developers

This page is for developers, contractors, or utility companies interested in performing work on a temporary basis within District right-of-way.

A Temporary Encroachment Permit is required for any temporary work within the District Right-of-Way.

Typical examples of work requiring this permit include the installation or repair of a bridge or sidewalk; the installation or repair of utilities over, under, or within District right-of-way; performance of surveys, site investigations, or other activities that do not result in a permanent change to existing conditions.

The District’s Temporary Encroachment Permit is available here.

Questions and delivery of this Permit application may be submitted to info@oneshoreline.org.
