Request for Proposals for Infrastructure Maintenance Administration and Environmental Services

The San Mateo County Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency District (also known as OneShoreline) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures (JV), or other qualified business entities to submit Proposals for infrastructure maintenance administration and environmental services in San Mateo County. OneShoreline anticipates awarding up to four (4) multi-year and multiple-project Agreements from this Solicitation.

Questions submitted by email to Projects@OneShoreline.org with the subject line “Infrastructure Maintenance and Environmental Services RFP” by 5:00 PM on March 27 will be answered by 5:00 PM on April 1. All questions and answers will be posted on the OneShoreline website.

A pre-proposal workshop will be held on March 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Information on how to join the workshop is included in the RFP (see link below).
